We are excited to announce a new service in our efforts to make currency exchange easier for you. 

In partnership with GoValuta and Faspay, we’ve rolled out a new payment system for the FIRST TIME in Indonesia whereby you can pay cashlessly.

Thanks to Al-Jazeera’s partnership with GoValuta, you can now use your debit card to make payments on money exchange transactions. In this way, you no longer need to bring wads of Rupiah to us to purchase foreign currency.

For security reasons, card transactions are only made when you scan the QR code sticker in our shop.

You will be guided through each step and informed of the exact fee before paying, tincluding the charges BEFORE making a payment.

So, say goodbye to the hassle of carrying Rupiah to a money changer and welcome to the easy transaction of exchanging money with a debit card at Al-Jazeera.

NEXT STEPS:

Please visit us at our branch and then follow the steps below:

1. Confirm the amount you need to exchange with our staff and the total amount to pay.
2. Scan the QR code
3. Sign in or enter your email address to get a receipt.
4. Select debit card as your desired payment method.
5. Recheck the final amount and complete your bank’s authorisation process.
6. Show the proof of payment to our staff to proceed with the currency exchange.
