If you wish to have access to your personal information that we hold, or if you believe that the personal information we hold is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or where relevant, out of date, you can submit a request to us via the Data Access Request Form or Data Correction Request Form. This form is available at our branch Money Changer will use reasonable endeavors to fulfill your request to access or correct your personal information within 14 days of receiving the Data Access Request Form/Data Correction Request Form that you have completed and the relevant processing fee(if any).
