Cancellation and Refund Policy

USER RESPONSIBILITY
1. You acknowledge and agree with:

  • Foreign currency exchange rates vary from time to time. The company will not accept any compensation claims due to fare changes.
  • You may only make payment for an order after receiving an authorized electronic (eg in-app message/alert feature) or written communication from the Company, which should be retained for use in the event of a discrepancy.
  • You must comply with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to Anti Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Funding for Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction, and other laws and regulations that may apply from time to time.
  • You must fully cooperate if additional information is requested from you by the Company in order to carry out Customer Due Diligence requirements as required by Applicable Law.
  • Any refund may be subject to additional fees deemed necessary by the Company in its sole discretion including but not limited to fees, charges or expenses of any kind including Faspay, processing or bank fees which may be incurred by the Company.

2. By making an online order or payment, you agree that:

  • any liabilities incurred are on your own account;
  • You waive all rights of claim and cannot hold the Company responsible for any legal actions or losses that arise;
  • if you have prepaid before completing any regulatory checks on yourself/yourself or provided insufficient information to process a refund, you may face delays in receiving a qualifying refund. In this case, you agree and acknowledge that you are aware that the Company may require additional time to process a refund, although we will try to expedite the process.
  • Refunds for prepayment will be subject to currency conversion purchased in advance to Indonesian Rupiah at the Company’s “Buy” rate or initial “Sell” rate whichever is lower or the agreed Indonesian transaction amount if the card is used to obtain Indonesian Rupiah;

CANCELLATION CAN BE CATEGORIZED INTO THE FOLLOWING TYPES:
1. Cancellation After Completion of Purchase/Sale Transactions:

  • We do not allow cancellation for completed transactions where a currency exchange has been made and a receipt has been issued. If you wish to cancel a completed transaction, you must immediately make the opposite transaction on your previous exchange to reverse the purchase or sale (eg resell the foreign currency purchased to the Company). You are responsible for paying the difference between the buy/sell rate and the prevailing board rate set by the Company.
  • You may only use QR Code based payment facilities to make payments when instructed to do so by our staff after agreeing the amount to be paid and passing compliance checks, if applicable. If you accidentally overpay an incorrect amount, we will endeavor to transfer the overpaid amount to your bank account within 3 working days of receiving your request for a refund of the overpayment together with your bank account details. Such requests should be made via email only aljazeeraglo@gmail.com and the approval of the request is subject to the applicable rules and conditions set forth by Law. The email must include your full name, identity card or passport number, original online payment receipt, bank account number of the bank account you used to make QR Code-based payments.

2. Order Cancellation
a. Cancellations where no payment has been made:

  • If a booking order was made using our website’s Booking facility and you wish to cancel it, please cancel the order using our website and provide reasons when requested. The company reserves the right to stop honoring further bookings by you if multiple cancellations are made for no apparent reason.

 

b. Cancellations where full or partial payment has been made when ordering online:

  • By making payment, you have entered into a binding contract with the Company and, if you decide to cancel the order, you are responsible for paying the difference between the buy/sell rate at the prevailing board rate set by the Company.
  • Any claim for any fees, charges or expenses incurred by you in connection with the order will not be honored. In such event, you shall not hold the Company, its directors, officers, suppliers, employees, subsidiaries, related companies, partners, distributors and affiliates liable or liable for any Losses you incur in connection with the use of the Service.
  • If you fail to collect the currency purchased within 3 working days after the agreed billing date, the Rupiah amount owed to you will be transferred to the Company’s unclaimed money account. The refund process takes 3 working days after receiving your refund request. The request must only by e-mail aljazeeraglo@gmail.com and the approval of the request is subject to the applicable rules and conditions set forth by Law. You must include your full name, ID card or passport number, original online payment receipt, bank account number of the bank account you used to make the payment.
